Description
An ancient grape variety grown in Friuli Venezia Giulia, it is capable of producing wines that are multifaceted and deep, soft and generous. This Ribolla Gialla is a balanced version, in a classic-modern key, vinified in white to enhance its provenance, freshness and flavour.
Round and tasty, with moderate alcohol content, it has a long mineral persistence.

Organoleptic examination
Straw yellow colour with delicate greenish reflections.
Fresh and refined bouquet. The delicacy of white spring flowers meets with fruity notes of white cherry, rennet apple and refreshing hints of citrus.
Lively and mineral taste. Light citrus notes and elegant acidity give pleasant sensations of persistent freshness. To finish, a delicate and enveloping balsamic aftertaste.

  • Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
