Shipping conditions

 

WHILE AT EMPORIO ITALIA WE DO OUR BEST TO PROCESS AND SEND PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TIMEFRAMES DESCRIBED HERE BELOW, EMPORIO ITALIA IS NOT DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERIES BUT USES NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COURIERS. IT IS THEREFORE POSSIBLE THAT RARELY SOME DELIVERIES, FOR VARIOUS REASONS, WILL NOT HAPPEN ON TIME. IN THESE CASES EMPORIO ITALIA IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP IN THE LOCATION OF DELIVERIES BUT CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEIR DELAY.

Continental Portugal:

  • Delivery time: Monday through Thursday for orders placed before 1:00 pm, next business day delivery from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed the next business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday before 1:00 pm will be delivered on the first business day of the following week. All orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. and on weekends/holidays will be considered and processed as orders received on Mondays. This schedule may vary during holidays.
  • Shipping cost: 5.90 Euro for orders up to 70€. Free over 70€.

Portugal Islands:

  • We are sorry, but at the moment we cannot provide this service without first agreeing with the customer on the shipping costs charged by our couriers.

Mainland Spain:

  • Delivery time: Monday through Thursday for any order placed before 1:00 p.m., delivery within two days after order. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be delivered on the first or second business day of the following week. All orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. and on weekends/holidays will be considered and processed as orders received on Mondays. This schedule may vary during holidays.
  • Shipping: 5.90 Euro for purchases up to 70 Euro, free for purchases over 70 Euro.

Spain Islands:

  • We are sorry, but we cannot currently provide this service.

Tracking the shipment:

  • NB: IT IS ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE IN THE CUSTOMER CARD YOUR MAIL PHONE NUMBER. Once the order has been picked up by our courier partner an email is sent to the address indicated in the customer card, providing all the information about the shipment where it will be possible to follow the delivery route.
  • In the event that the package is not picked up at the address indicated in the customer file when ordering, the package will be deposited at the nearest post office for up to 5 working days. After this period, the package will be returned to the Emporioitalia.store office and will be stored for an additional 5 days (any fresh food will be removed from the package and disposed of). During this period you may request the package by sending a message to info@emporioitalia.pt or our WhatsApp account (info available on our website). The same shipping cost will be applied (any fresh foods, if still required,
    will need to be reordered and re-billed).
