To produce our Yellowfin Tuna Fillets, for over 100 years we have been choosing the finest quality tuna and processing it completely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) plant, in all its phases, following a tradition that is centuries old in our Calabria region.
After steaming the tuna, we pick the best fillets one by one and pot them still by hand, following strict standards of hygiene and food safety.
Then we season them for a long time, to guarantee you that intense and inimitable flavor.
Callipo Tuna Fillets are the only ones with Presal ® Iodized Salt.

Nduja 92% (pork fat 38%, pork meat 28%, chilli 23%, salt 3%) Olive oil 8%.

Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
