In our cellars in Lesignano de' Bagni, on the banks of the Parma stream, opposite Langhirano, ages Ferrarini Prosciutto Crudo.
Careful selection of raw materials and scrupulous control at all stages of processing, in keeping with the most ancient local traditions, allow us to produce cured raw hams and Prosciutto di Parma DOP with a unique taste that evokes the atmospheres and flavors of yesteryear.

The convenient and practical trays, thanks to the technology used, preserve for a long time the characteristics of Ferrarini Prosciutto Crudo, which remains fresh and fragrant, as if just sliced.

Ingredients: Pork leg, salt, truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 2.5%), sucrose, flavorings and spices. Flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite.
  • Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
