A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, "il Classico" has great versatility, both for use in cooking and directly raw. With good density and an excellent sour-sweet balance, it is characterised by hints of ripe fruit and notes of liquorice and black pepper.

Ingredients:
Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.

Ageing:
In barriques, with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar taken from centuries-old barrel batteries.

Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
