Liguori was the first pasta company to obtain I.G.P. certification. Its production in the Gragnano area is unique for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality product with an inimitable taste.

Fusilli is a short, curled pasta format originating in southern Italy. In the past, they were made by hand, rolling the spaghetti onto a wire and then drying it. They are very versatile in the kitchen, and go perfectly with delicate sauces and fish-based condiments. We also offer them in a second format: fusilli corti bucati.

Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
