Liguori was the first pasta company to obtain I.G.P. certification. Its production in the Gragnano area is unique for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality product with an inimitable taste.

The term pays homage to the industry's invention of grooving on pasta. The idea made this format unique, as it is able to hold sauces in an inimitable way, thanks also to its large diameter. They enhance the flavours of the most refined sauces as well as the simplest. They will make every first course exceptional. This format has a smaller structure than traditional rigatoni.

  • Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
