For the Le Tradizionali line of PGI pasta we faithfully reproduce the drying phase, as it took place in the ancient pasta factories of Gragnano. The result is a very high quality product with an inimitable taste characterised by the typical shapes of tradition.

Paccheri are a typical pasta format from the Campania region. Their shape recalls that of a giant macaroni.

Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
