Liguori was the first pasta company to obtain I.G.P. certification. Its production in the Gragnano area is unique for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality product with an inimitable taste.

They are one of the oldest pasta formats in which the entire Neapolitan culinary tradition lives on. Slightly thicker than spaghetti, they were called this way because in ancient times their handmade form gave rise to a long, irregular shape reminiscent of small worms. Dress them with garlic, oil and chilli pepper for a humble dish that stands out for its simplicity and flavour.

  • Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
