CastelGiocondo 2017 has an intense and brilliant ruby red color. Like every vintage, 2017, gave us a wonderful elegance. Bouquet characterized by fruity scents especially in its incipt, with notes reminiscent of raspberry, blackcurrant and even pomegranate; beautiful also the floral sensations of violet and rose, extremely harmonious and charming. With time its maturity becomes extremely interesting, opening up to spicy notes such as white pepper, clove and anise but also to roasted sensations and more evolved notes such as those of roasting and licorice. On the palate the tannic texture is dense and the perceived minerality beautiful. Incredibly harmonious wine with a long and persistent finish.
