This specialty is obtained from anchovies caught in the Mediterranean Sea.
During the pressing and maturation phase of salted anchovies, the liquid that rises to the surface is gradually extracted and subjected to a natural concentration process.
The end result is an amber-colored product with a strong, full-bodied flavor that preserves intact the aroma of the raw material, salted anchovies.

  • Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
