UVE: 100% Chardonnay from the Arzelle vineyard
grown in Borgonato with high planting density.
VINIFICATION: the "heart" of the must flower, obtained by the
soft and progressive pressing, carries out the fermentation
alcoholic in steel vats; at the end, some batches are
transferred to oak barrels, where they are aged for 6 months in
contact with the yeasts.
MATURATION: preparation of the cuvée in the spring
following the harvest, with 100 percent of wines from the vintage
chosen from the best selections. Second fermentation
in the bottle and subsequent aging in contact with the yeasts
for at least 11 years and 7 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months
after disgorgement.
DOSAGE: 0g/L zero dosage

  • Delivery time: Monday to Thursday for orders placed and confirmed by noon, delivery is expected by 7 p.m. the following day. For orders placed and confirmed on a Friday before noon, delivery is expected on the first working day of the following week, and for orders placed after noon, delivery is expected on the second working day of the following week.
