The sparkling red wine considered the masterpiece of Cantine Ceci. An enveloping Lambrusco, an unmistakable color and aroma, named after the founder.

APPEARANCE
Intense ruby red color with a rich, lively and persistent mousse.
PERFUME
Intense, satisfying, sinuous. Fruity notes recall cherry and berries such as blackberry and strawberry. Floral hints of violet accompany the pleasantly spicy and mineral finish.
TASTE
Surprising and satisfying. Pleasant balance between softness, freshness, savoriness and good tannic texture. The intense nature of the aromas is confirmed on the palate, which are enhanced in the long, deep finish. A promise kept.
PAIRINGS
Otello Ceci is a wine that can play with countless pairings by varying its serving temperature. It is ideal for pairings with dishes that express a prevalent fattiness such as traditional Italian cured meats. It goes well with well-structured pastas and risottos so with medium-aged cheeses or even grilled meats. It is also able to express itself perfectly as a meditation wine.
